It was a bit of a nuisance, but the staff immediately moved us to another villa and offered another pool for us to swim in. Their quick response and solution-oriented approach made us feel valued as guests. I'll definitely recommend Kae Villa Anggrek to other families looking for a friendly and accommodating place to stay in Seminyak.
